The following policies apply to all services hosted by Gomobee LTD. Rules that apply to a specific service may sometimes apply differently to various products. In the event of a conflict between the general rules and the rules that apply to a specific service, the rules of that specific service shall prevail.
Participants must have a valid mobile network connection through their operator and a mobile phone.
All subscribers must obtain permission from the mobile phone bill payer before subscribing to the service.
By entering into a subscription agreement, the subscriber confirms that they have the right to subscribe to this service and that they understand and accept the terms of service of Gomobee LTD.
You may subscribe to multiple subscription services at the same time.
Failure to comply with the general and specific terms and conditions of the subscription service may result in exclusion from current and future subscription services.
Gomobee LTD reserves the right to change the subscription service rules, cancel, or terminate the subscription service at any time and for any reason.
Gomobee LTD is not responsible for any lost or delayed credits resulting from technical failures, mobile network operator errors, device or equipment malfunctions, computer errors, bugs, or any technical issues with hardware or software that may prevent a participant from taking part in the service.
Users must check whether their mobile phone is compatible with the service. Gomobee LTD is not responsible for products that do not work on a user’s device unless the user has verified compatibility beforehand.
Users can unsubscribe from the service by sending the keyword STOP LOOV to 3443.
Participants’ personal data will be treated confidentially and used solely for service purposes. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s prior consent.
